Preparation…update 1

So far I have had an interview on BBC Radio Humberside Sportstalk on Wednesday 16th January, which went well. Today (18th) I have answered questions from Sunthorpe Telegraph, hopefully published next Wednesday, 23rd. Done more walking around Bradford, I am doing 3 days a week at present, up & down some of the steepest hills….
