Hi All! Exam time is here again at both Pakati schools…
These are (some of) the students of Pakati Primary school who Friends of Pakati exist to support.
The £1600 we are trying to raise (£840 so far) is to help the schools improve the learning environment
https://gofund.me/830c22d52 is where donations can be made to help us reach our target.
The funds are to pay for full electrification of all buildings at both the Primary & Secondary schools. Find out more here: https://friendsofpakati.com/2026/09/07/appeal-for-1600-by-friends-of-pakati/
It will allow both schools to provide full power at all times, meaning things such as Science, Fashion & Fabrics, & IT lessons can go ahead on a daily basis, rather than the current irregular set up.
Proper classroom lighting will help students parricularly during daytimes when it is cloudy and/or in the rainy season….I can say from experience just how dark it can get during these times.
We are still short of our total, so if you can, please do donate to our campaign at https://gofund.me/830c22d52
Thank you👍
