ğŸŽ„Christmas is approaching…& some great news!

…So, how can Friends of Pakati help? Well, here are some suggestions for you! By following these ideas, Friends of Pakati will also benefit in the long run. See if there is something that suits you below!

1. Christmas Cards

How much do you usually spend on Christmas cards each year, Including postage? £5/$6? £10/$12? More? How about sending an E-Christmas Card instead this year, and donating those £/$ (or more) to us? If so, please use http://Paypal.me/friendsofpakati or email friendsofpakati@gmail.com to let us know if you prefer to pay by other methods. Happy to acknowledge your donation publicly if you wish, or anonymously if you prefer instead.

Here are some of the E-cards we sent out previously. I am designing/having designed some new ones for this year. As soon as they are ready I will publish them.

Also last year’s New Year E-card

2. Old Mobile phones/laptops/PC’s

Fancy a bit of de-cluttering? Do you have any old phones, laptops or computers you dont need any more? If so, please let us know. If you are willing to donate them, we can raise money from them, or refurbish them for re-use.

Please let us know via email friendsofpakati@gmail.com so we can arrange either collection or where you can deliver them to.

3. Buy some Merchandise from us!

Maybe there is someone you know who needs some new mugs & coasters? Or a Keyring for someone who keeps misplacing their keys? Do they collect pin badges, or like to show support for charitable causes? See some of our designs below:

Glad to say we have sold a few more pin badges recently….here are some satisfied customers!

Bradley Mell, fellow supporter of Scunthorpe United, proudly showing off his new pin badge yesterday. Now it has pride of place in his collection.

Also, Alan Chapman (another fan of the Iron!) & his girlfiend Charlotte Whitaker are seen wearing one of our badges:

How about T-shirts?

The T-shirts come in 5 different sizes – S, M, L, XL & 2XL. The image is of 2XL worn by the Author.

For the mugs, coasters and key rings we have 3 different images to choose from:

**EXCITING NEWS**

I have just heard from Stuart Pine, IT Manager at the Stephenson Group Ltd of Leeds, about some very promising developments…

…firstly, there is confirmation of at least 20 PC’s for us to send to Pakati in 2022….

…and secondly, there is a possibility of some help towards the cost of shipping them out to Zimbabwe…

…and thirdly, as part of their sustainability campaign, Stephenson Group are looking to help promote Friends of Pakati and its activities much more – definitely a welcome move!

A lot more to come on this story in forthcoming weeks….
